I am a Psychodynamic and Jungian trained psychotherapist with over 20 years experience and former Chair of the Foundation for Psychodynamic Couples Therapy.
I have acquired a breadth of knowledge in the field and work with both couples and individuals, welcoming a culturally and ethnically diverse cross-section (including LGBTQ), covering a wide range of issues. These include borderline behaviour disorder, adult survivors of sexual abuse, suicidal ideation, addiction, depression and attachment disorder.
As part of my Professional Development, I am the founder member of a peer discussion group which fosters an exchange of thoughts and ideas. I have experience in delivering Continuing Professional Development and training courses that include subjects such as bereavement, couples and sex, money, and conflict resolution. I am also a Lecturer at the Counselling Foundation in St. Albans. I also provide supervision.
