You will initially be offered an assessment session. This allows both you and your therapist an opportunity to discuss your concerns and decide if it is appropriate to work together.
In some instances a referral to an outside agency may be the best solution. If you decide we are right for you, you will be offered a regular appointment.

One to one work encourages you to form your own questions. For some, this will be the first opportunity to explore aspects of life without fear of criticism. Others may use the safety of the therapy room to make more sense of life choices and events.
Being part of a couple can provide a safe environment in which individuals grow and develop. Sometimes the ability to communicate breaks down and the relationship is threatened. A skilled third party can help explore some of the changes that may have occurred over the years and offer a chance to assess their impact, and move forward.
